Peptide Lab is the starter every autom8 product builds on: accounts, an admin panel, file uploads, a payments skeleton, and full observability — already wired, tested, and deployable.
What's in the base
Auth that's already done
Signup, login, sessions, email verification, and password reset — session cookies are HttpOnly and passwords are bcrypt-hashed.
Admin panel included
Manage users and roles, runtime settings, and feature flags. The first account becomes the administrator automatically.
Observable by default
Structured JSON logs, request correlation, and a metrics endpoint on every service — wired for the autom8 SRE loop.
Hexagonal foundation
Pure domain logic, ports, and swappable adapters: Postgres or in-memory storage, console or SMTP mail, Stripe-ready payments.
